Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. They will need to have excellent technical knowledge, with the ability to learn new products and processes.
  3. Lots of existing account management will be available to cross-sell and grow potential business.
  4. The ideal candidate will be able to function as the voice of customers internally and drive new product development to meet customer needs.
  5. They will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them directly.
  6. The successful candidate will identify new market opportunities and provide feedback intelligence to the business.
  7. They will work closely with the senior management team to deliver excellence.
  8. Travel extensively for site/client visits will be required.
About You
  1. You should have a minimum of 5 years technical sales experience, with evidence of hitting sales targets.
  2. A sound working knowledge of coated materials for industrial use is essential.
  3. Demonstrable ability to drive sales processes from plan to close is required.
  4. Experience with advanced business fluency and a high level of commercial acumen is necessary.
  5. Intercultural business experience and ability to travel 20% of the time is desirable.
  6. A solutions-based sales approach along with exceptional customer service skills is crucial.

The salary for this role is estimated to be up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
