- Complete Mental Capacity Assessments under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and be involved in Best Interest Decision making where appropriate.
- Work alongside people to provide information and advice to enable them to use their own skills and assets to keep them well or to support their recovery.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including nurses, psychologists, and the third sector, to engage with people and reduce support while maximising independence related to their mental health.
- Access to regular reflective supervision and a full Learning and Development programme.
- Opportunities to access various training to enhance your skills, knowledge, and performance, as well as opportunities to progress your career in Health and Social Care.
- Hybrid working with flexible working hours policy and an Employee Assist programme to support staff wellbeing.
This role is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. A valid driving licence and own transport, or a suitable alternative method of travel, is an essential condition for this role.
