About the Role:

As a Recovery Lead, you will work closely with our Theatre team to provide individualized patient care and adhere to our high standards of customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive the best possible clinical outcomes and that our recovery services are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery
  • Work closely with the Theatre team to ensure smooth operation of recovery services
  • Ensure adherence to all Ramsay Health Care Clinical policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and recovery services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  • ALS qualification is desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
