Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report real-time data on construction projects

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager and Operations Director to achieve financial goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payments
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decisions
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in accounts receivable and cash flow management
  • Proven success in improving cash flow, ideally in a construction setting
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
