About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on a range of heavy goods vehicles and equipment
  • Diagnose and rectify faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Prepare and carry out MOT inspections to ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to Health & Safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of heavy goods vehicle technology
  • HGV licence class 1 or class 2 an advantage, but not necessary
  • Inspection training/IRTEC accreditation an advantage, but can be provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
