Looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a real impact? As a Sales Growth Executive at Strengthscope, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Sales department. With a strong focus on corporate learning and development initiatives, we are looking for an individual who can engage with businesses to discuss how our strength development tool can enhance their learning and development strategies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prospecting and researching new business opportunities, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate complex ideas. They will be responsible for booking introductory meetings and collaborating with the New Business Team Lead to close business deals. A key requirement is to deliver a prospecting sales plan with 12-15 self-generated meetings per month, while maintaining accurate records and showcasing Strengthscope through online demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and researching new business opportunities
  • Booking introductory meetings and collaborating with the New Business Team Lead
