Lead Change Communications at DS Smith

We are seeking an experienced Change Communications Manager to join our Corporate Affairs Packaging team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of Customer Experience at DS Smith.

About the Role

Your expertise in Change Communication will support the wider transformation communication agenda, whilst your main focus will be on the Customer Experience transformation programme. This role requires extensive experience, energy, and drive to start from scratch and work with the relevant functions to establish an aligned engagement and communication strategy, plan, and deployment.

  • Develop and deliver communications strategies and plans for large transformational projects.
  • Create engagement, excitement, adoption, and ownership of the CX transformation agenda.
  • Work closely with the relevant CX team members to understand what project updates or messages are ready to be communicated.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, pension scheme, life assurance, and income protection make this a highly attractive opportunity.
