Equestrian Host

Punch Pubs is seeking a community-focused operator to manage our Horse and Groom pub in Salisbury. As Equestrian Host, you will be responsible for hosting team sports events, providing a captivating experience for guests, and capitalizing on the pub's popular location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service, develop new business strategies, and drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for managing the internal trading space and beer garden, as well as overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the property.

The ideal candidate will have strong hosting skills, a creative approach to catering, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers alike.
