Our client, a renowned marketing solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their marketing campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs and goals.
- Work closely with the client to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet their objectives.
- Manage client projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure the best possible value for clients.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of marketing solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and performance.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the marketing or print industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with a strong understanding of the print industry.
