Commercial Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Teacher / Business ECT to join our team in Braintree. This full-time and permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic qualifications and a passion for teaching business studies to GCSE level and maths to KS3 level. If you're an experienced Business Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, while those who are newly qualified will receive dedicated mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach business studies to GCSE level and maths to KS3 level
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Mentor and support colleagues as needed
• Contribute to the development of the school's business curriculum

Requirements:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs in relevant subjects
• Strong understanding of the 8 Teaching Standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include TLR Opportunities, MPS1-UPS3 pay scale, and a range of training and development opportunities.
