Lead Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in Lowestoft. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance, working closely with nurses and carers to ensure residents receive the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and services
- Work closely with management to implement policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to lead a team
- Prior management experience or experience leading a small team
- Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for promoting best practice and mentoring others
