About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant at Randstad, you will play a vital part in supporting children with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN) needs. You will work closely with skilled educators to create engaging and interactive lessons that empower each pupil to achieve their best.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is dedicated to helping children succeed, especially those with SEN. Your enthusiasm and commitment to education will make a significant impact on the lives of our pupils.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, preferably in a SEN setting. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues alike, and demonstrate a patient and understanding approach when working with children with SEN.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to teaching staff in creating and delivering lesson plans tailored to meet the individual needs of children with SEN
• Assist in the development of strategies to promote learning and engagement among pupils with SEN
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment

Requirements
• Experience working with children, preferably in a SEN setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Patience and understanding when working with children with SEN
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits
• £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (dependent on experience)
• £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 per annum (term-time only)
