Aerodynamic Performance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerodynamic Performance Engineer to join our team at the Andretti Cadillac facility in Silverstone. As a key member of our Aero Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge aerodynamic performance to our race car.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Aerodynamic Performance Delivery: Analyze CFD and wind tunnel data to optimize aerodynamic performance, and develop innovative solutions to improve design and development processes.
  2. Aerodynamic Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of aerodynamic structures and behaviors around the race car, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Process Improvement: Suggest, investigate, and implement new methods and processes to enhance efficiency in aerodynamic idea generation, design, testing, analysis, and reporting.
  4. Collaborative Teamwork: Contribute to collaborative discussions and efforts to improve whole-car performance, sharing ideas and feedback with the team.
  5. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for this role.
