Financial Assistant Opportunity at Small Batch Coffee Roasters

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at Small Batch Coffee Roasters. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger management, including payment runs
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with month-end tasks and management accounts
  • General administrative support, including email management and telephone calls
Requirements:
  • AAT qualified or in final year
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts
  • Experience with Xero is highly desirable
