About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Kingston. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and developing HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that promote employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • CIPD certification or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays, additional unpaid leave, healthcare insurance, pension, income protection, training opportunities, and more.
