  • As a key member of our Clinical Programming team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clinical trials.   1. Develop and maintain complex statistical programming models, utilizing your expertise in R, Python, and/or SAS to drive insights and inform business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with our data science team to integrate data from multiple sources, developing innovative solutions to drive business outcomes and improve patient outcomes.
  3. Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure the integrity and quality of our clinical data, adhering to GxP and ICH regulations.
  4. Provide technical leadership to junior programmers, mentoring and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  5. Represent the Clinical Programming team in cross-functional meetings, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
