About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary design lead to join our team at Pearson. As a design lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality design solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital design, with experience in assessment and education. You will be able to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of designers to deliver design solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure design solutions meet stakeholder needs
  • Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines
  • Managing design projects from concept to delivery

We are looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design. If you are a motivated and creative individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in design, ideally in assessment and education
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Experience in managing design projects from concept to delivery
