• Perform daily reconciliation and posting of receipts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize relationship management skills to resolve complaints and build strong relationships with clients.
• Focus on key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Proactively chase sales invoices, building rapport with clients and ensuring timely payment.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve queries and re-issue documents, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

• Driven and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with large Excel datasets.
• Excellent Excel competence, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve complaints.
