**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure all warranty and repair work adheres to company standards
* Manage the Service department's budgets, accounts, and costs while maximizing efficiency and profitability via labor sales, parts, and materials
* Review pricing policies and ensure appropriate legislation is adhered to
* Lead your Service Team, motivating and coaching to over-achieve targets and KPIs
* Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety processes
* Enhance customer service levels to achieve a fantastic CSI score for your department

The ideal candidate will have a background in running a successful workshop or parts department, experience of working in a fast-paced target-driven environment, impressive leadership skills, strong business acumen, and great knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation. A passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service is essential.
