Job Description: Assistant Manager for Alumni Relations

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Manager for Alumni Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, including event planning, marketing, and volunteer management.

You will work closely with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans to engage alumni and increase participation in university events and programs. You will also be responsible for supervising interns and providing administrative support to the department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in developing and executing plans that meet budget and deadline requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will work closely with campus partners and volunteers to plan and coordinate joint programming.

A valid driver's license is required, and the incumbent must be able to meet the University's fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business.

The estimated salary for this position is $66,560 - $71,303 per year.
