About this Role

As a Broker Distribution Executive, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth in the UK Distribution team. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and supporting retail brokers to bind FloodFlash parametric insurance policies for their clients. You will build strong relationships with brokers and help their clients protect themselves from catastrophic flooding.

  • Contribute to recruiting and training new brokers, ensuring a positive influence at every touch point, including phone calls, emails, and presentations online.
  • Manage competing priorities through strict discipline and time management, keeping the CRM system up to date.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

The base salary range for this role is £35k up to £40k, plus a quarterly bonus. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days paid holiday, enrolment onto our pension scheme, and a flexible, hybrid working style.
