About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Hire Space. As a key player in driving our growth, you will be responsible for selling our Prime and Core marketing packages to venues across the UK and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading event technology company and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and engage potential venue partners, building lasting relationships to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Sell Prime and Core marketing packages to venues, highlighting the value and ROI of our services.
  3. Collaborate with the Venue Account Management team to onboard new venues, nurture existing relationships, and ensure that our marketing offerings meet the evolving needs of the venue market.
  4. Pitch marketing packages to decision-makers, demonstrating the benefits of working with Hire Space and our commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  5. Manage high-value accounts to ensure clients fully utilize our marketing services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the hospitality or events sectors.
  • Experience in creating and implementing successful sales strategies to approach and engage new venues.
  • Confident in pitching marketing packages and demonstrating the value they bring to venues in increasing visibility and bookings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a compelling way.
  • Comfortable managing high-value accounts and ensuring clients are fully leveraging our marketing services.
  • Excellent networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the events industry.
