Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the Business Unit's target operating model, identifying process efficiencies and enhancing client service and risk management.
  • Maintain active dialogue with Front Office and clients to enhance risk management, client understanding, and the profile of the Precious Metals function.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, managing risks, and maintaining strict adherence to internal and external governance standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize business operations.
