About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Safety Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our organization's health and safety performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and implementing health and safety systems across the group, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will support the Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance in all health and safety aspects, developing, maintaining, monitoring, and coordinating health and safety policies and procedures, audits, and risk assessments across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel across the UK as required
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of 3+ years in health and safety management
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Risk assessment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. The salary for this role is up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working options, flexible start and finish times, and opportunities for professional development.

Location
