Job Summary:

Polytec Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Commissioning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the mechanical alignment and setup of equipment, as well as the integration of electrical control panels into the overall machine.

Key Responsibilities:

* Mechanical alignment and setup of equipment
* Subsystem testing of electrical control panels
* Integration of electrical control panels into the overall machine
* Support production to resolve workshop queries

Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience of system and subsystem testing
* Experience in distributed control systems using PLCs (Allen Bradley) communicating over Ethernet IP
* Experience of EPLAN for circuit design
* Design of control panels and integration into a system design

Desirable Skills:

* Familiarity with multi-axis motion control
* Experience with fluid mass flow controllers
* Knowledge of pressure and temperature control systems
* Pneumatic control systems
