About the Role:

Sterile Services Technicians play a vital service decontaminating and reprocessing surgical instruments for the whole hospital. As a member of the Spire Hull & East Riding Sterile Services Department, you will be involved in cleaning, inspecting, assembling, packing, sterilising and distributing surgical equipment according to hospital requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Decontamination of flexible endoscopes.
  • Knowledge of decontamination of medical devices.
  • Basic awareness of health & safety and hygiene.
  • The flexibility to work on our rota.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays when needed.
