About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fashion Store Assistant Manager to join our team in Newry. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in store management and take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to inspire and support staff and volunteers, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER WITH THE DAY-TO-DAY RUNNING OF THE STORE
  • TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY IN THEIR ABSENCE

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, and take full responsibility in their absence.

What We Offer

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
