A leading feed company, De Lacy Executive Limited, is seeking a skilled Nutritionist to optimise livestock health and performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality feeds for pigs and game birds, ensuring compliance with legislation changes and effective communication with the sales team, vets, and farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pig & ruminant mineral quotes
  • Pricing and setup of manufactured products using Best Mix formulation programme or similar
  • Formula amendments/legislation change labels
  • Product labelling for game and piglet feeds
  • Assisting with the setup of new raw materials/manufactured products on the system
  • Ration formulation for on-farm rations for pigs and accompanying minerals
  • Liaising with vets and sales teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related subject (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload independently
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong ICT skills
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy

The remuneration package includes a generous salary, 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays), and a holiday buy-back scheme. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
