Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist customers in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home, providing expert advice and guidance
- Process customer orders and finance applications accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering a 5-star customer experience
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and services
- Contribute to the overall success of the store, participating in visual merchandising and stock management
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.00 - £10.00 per hour
- A realistic OTE of £18,000 - £20,000 per year
- Guaranteed commission of £1,000 - £1,500 per month in the first three months
