About the Role:
Care2Succeed is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Sector Assessor to join our expanding team. As an Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standards of care and education for our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People's Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
- Collaborating with learners to ensure their needs are met and they achieve their full potential.
- Completing all relevant paperwork associated with the role, including monitoring and reporting on learner progress and concerns.
- Working across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children's homes, residential family centres, and supported living accommodation.
Requirements:
- A recognised Assessor Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent).
- Relevant work experience in the Health and Social Care sectors, preferably with children, young people, and families.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- A full driving license and the ability to travel to our services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the Northwest.

Care2Succeed uses the DBS to make checks at an enhanced level on all persons whose work or proposed work will involve regular contact with or working in close proximity to children and vulnerable adults in the care units our learners work in.
