Job Title: Commercial Marketing Manager

At TipTopJob, we're seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the commercial marketing strategy, brand development, and communications.

The Role:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Define and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including promotional collateral and digital assets.
Experience and Skills:
  • Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing roles within leisure, wellness, or retail industries.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with ability to multitask multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Financial Management: Financial competence with budgeting and cost control.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
