We are a leading FMCG manufacturer based in the UK, seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to maintain and repair our mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal production levels and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and conveyor systems
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
