About the Role

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Associate Dentist to join our esteemed dental practice in Bradford.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious dentist to work alongside our experienced team, providing high-quality care to our patients. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills, work with a variety of cases, and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Highlights
  • Competitive salary of £13-£14 per UDA, with 1,000+ UDAs per working day per annum
  • 50% split on private treatments, offering excellent earning potential
  • Full-time role, predominantly NHS with 70% NHS and 30% Private work
  • Established patient list and a supportive team environment
  • Principal dentist on-site, actively involved in practice operations
About the Practice

Our practice is a 4+ surgery clinic with a close-knit team environment. We have a team of three associates, two therapists, qualified nurses, and a practice manager. We utilize SOE software, digital X-rays, and rotary endo machines, with a Trios scanner to be introduced soon due to high demand for Invisalign.

We offer convenient parking for staff and patients, and our practice manager is experienced in training and supporting associates. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, with a senior dentist on-site to guide and mentor our team members.
