Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team at Linea Resourcing. As a key member of our STEM recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in delivering NPI projects to volume production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Coordinate Manufacturing Software and Systems: Oversee the management and coordination of manufacturing software and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Liaise with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage NPI Activities: Lead the management of NPI activities for manufacturing equipment software and systems, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Ensure Documentation and Traceability Standards: Maintain and ensure documentation and traceability standards are upheld, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Manage Software and System Updates: Oversee the management and scheduling of software and system updates for manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Integrate New Manufacturing Equipment: Integrate new manufacturing equipment into software and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage Continuous Improvement Activities: Lead the management of continuous improvement activities, driving innovation and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing Machinery Software Systems Management: Extensive experience in managing and programming manufacturing machinery software systems within a highly automated environment.
  • NPI Project Experience: Proven experience in setting up and optimizing manufacturing machinery systems and software for NPI projects.
  • CAD and Gerber File Experience: Experience with CAD and Gerber files.
  • Relevant Engineering Qualification: Relevant engineering qualification.
  • Team Management: Proven team management experience.
