The Ritz London: A Luxury Hotel Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping Department as a Linen Room Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our linen and laundry room, adhering to the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, dry, press, and prepare all laundry items to the required Ritz standard
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of resources, minimizing waste and optimizing productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Good command of the English language
  • Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
