Job Summary:
Pertemps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and Processing: Accurately pick and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring all items are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or shortages, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, and communicate any issues or concerns to the relevant stakeholders.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, with a strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
