Job Overview

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of store staff and customers within a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to customer service.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail or a hospitality background, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • A current Frontline DS SIA license and verifiable employment history to BS 7858 are essential requirements for this role.
  • We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, paid between 8-11 hours per day (days only).

In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and honesty.

Responsibilities

This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Deterrent patrols around the store premises to prevent shoplifting and other forms of loss.
  • Investigating incidents and completing incident reports.
  • Providing basic customer service and engaging with customers to promote a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold a current Frontline DS SIA license.
  • Have a verifiable employment history to BS 7858.
  • Be able to commit to working days only.
