About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Workplace ServiceNow Strategist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our digital workplace team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive roadmap for ServiceNow, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for ServiceNow, taking into account the company's current needs and future requirements.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ServiceNow features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and communicate these effectively to the development team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the company's use of the platform.
