About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join our client's team in Manchester. As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining accurate building information models and drawings of building services for use in all stages of the project using Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and maintain accurate building information models and drawings of building services using Revit
  • Work on the design, coordination, manufacture, and installation of projects
  • Develop good working relationships with professionals and clients through effective communication
  • Work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a similar role or position where Revit is used heavily
  • Experience in the building services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
