About the Role

As an Estate Maintenance Specialist with Reed, you will be responsible for managing various medium to large property repair projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and budgeting. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £55-£75 per hour, depending on your level of experience. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for project management, we invite you to apply.
