Global Communications Strategist for Gaming Industry

As a leading global games services company, PTW is seeking an experienced Global Communications Strategist to join our Corporate Affairs department. With a strong background in corporate communications and public relations, you will help us build and execute a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy on a global scale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects across different time zones, working with various stakeholders, and developing effective PR strategies that drive unique evergreen stories around our nearly 150 AAA titles. You will also be responsible for crafting and executing the communications strategy for our upcoming proprietary social media platform targeting gamers from Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

We are looking for someone who can visualize, strategize, and execute on a cohesive strategy for internal and external communications. Your experience in juggling multiple projects at one time, preferably in multiple time zones, is essential for this role. You will also be responsible for helping manage and grow our external agency relationships around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting and executing global communications plans that push the boundaries and goals of the Corporate Affairs department
  • Working hand-in-hand with PTW's Product and Go-to-Market teams to build a comprehensive PR strategy and approach for several unannounced products
  • Leveraging local HR and CSR team members for support, you will help manage our Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives globally
  • Help create and manage several employee relations programs, including a global internal internship program and an annual 'high achievers' event
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media to manage media inquiries and interview requests
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate communications and/or public relations
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors, including but not limited to PR agencies, branding agencies, event logistics companies, etc.
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
