About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our Dermatology Division as a Dermatology Medical Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for detailing CeraVe, La Roche Posay, and Vichy products to healthcare professionals across your territory, with a focus on maximizing recommendations and prescriptions in primary and secondary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve regional sales targets through effective call planning, coverage, and frequency of calling on identified customers, including GPs, primary care prescribers, and community pharmacists.
  • Develop a Territory Action Plan outlining activities to be undertaken at territory level and agree clear objectives with the Medical Relations Manager.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge, especially key clinical papers and customer and competitor knowledge, participating in training programs as necessary.
  • Manage territory AV meetings and sponsorship budgets to ensure budget compliance.
  • Be aware of local industry standards and L'Oréal's ethics charter, ensuring all standards are met.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with a basic understanding of science and medicine.
  • Medical Sales background with a proven track record in driving success, including primary, secondary care, and key account management experience.
  • Understanding and interest in the healthcare environment and commercial implications for pharma/dermo-cosmetic companies.
  • Experience in delivering large medical educational events, both live and virtually.
  • IT competent to use reporting systems, email, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills.
