Our client, a family-owned interiors sub-contractor, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, they work with leading main contractors across various sectors, including retail, leisure, commercial, education, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project costs for accuracy and address discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain procurement schedules.
  • Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of works for accurate project pricing.
  • Identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
  • Implement cost control and value management strategies.
  • Oversee commercial aspects of projects, including cash flow and subcontractor payments.
  • Manage variation accounts and forecast final accounts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the interiors sector (desirable).
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying or similar (HNC, etc) (desirable).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
