The Role of the Overnight Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Overnight Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our late-night menu and In Room Dining service. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the late-night menu and In Room Dining service, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Take responsibility for stock rotation and storage procedures, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
