Job Overview: CV Library requires a skilled Funding Audits Specialist to undertake critical tasks related to funding audits, compliance, and data analysis. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead on external audits and collaborate with funding partners.
  • To perform monthly internal funding audits aligned with the deep dive audit strategy.
  • Develop detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • To suggest enhancements to funding documentation and system controls.
  • Identify company strengths and weaknesses and provide strategic recommendations.
  • To design, implement, and deliver training programs for new funding paperwork.
  • To deliver training sessions to internal staff to promote continuous improvement.
  • To develop funding and compliance paperwork in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date webforms within the MIS database.
  • To review records to ensure compliance with funding regulations.
  • To interact directly with Operational staff, subcontractors, learners, customers, and employers.
  • To oversee and manage ad hoc projects assigned by the Admin & Compliance Manager.

We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £48,000 per year, dependent on experience.
