About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks in a high-end commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain HVAC plant and associated systems to a high standard
  • Undertake installation, alteration, and repairs to pipework systems as needed
  • Repair building fabric and perform handyman duties and services
  • Undertake repairs to pumps within the workshop, including replacement of mechanical seals and other common causes of pump failure
  • Assist with fault diagnosis and correct setup of BMS and control systems associated with mechanical plant and equipment
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level 3 in mechanical or plumbing and heating
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
  • Use of Trend BMS
