HR Business Partner Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Global brand based in central Bristol as an HR Business Partner. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the leadership team to help shape their wider business plan and support the development of an aligned People Plan.

You will take the lead role in people-related project work streams, coordinating resources as required, liaising with support functions and stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of project objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • HR reporting, policies, and processes
  • Engagement and communication, including employee relations
  • Reward and recognition
  • Organisational change
  • Performance and talent management
  • Training
  • Recruitment

Ideally, you will have experience working within a similar industry sector and environment, such as manufacturing, supply chain, food production, or logistics, as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be able to build and manage relationships at a senior level, possess good business and financial acumen, and have excellent communication skills.

This role requires you to be available to start immediately and work from central Bristol for at least two days a week.
