About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Performance Lead to join our team at Chart Industries. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead digitalization initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with business units and support functions to integrate digital technologies.
  • Lead and facilitate strategic improvement projects across Europe.
  • Identify opportunities for performance enhancements and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of improvement projects.
  • Support the continuous improvement roadmap focusing on safety, performance, and transformational change.
  • Ensure business units generate improvement ideas that deliver targeted savings and performance outcomes.
  • Organize benchmarking and knowledge-sharing activities to promote best operational practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or a related role in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational excellence principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proven track record in leading performance improvement or transformation projects.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives and deploying digital tools in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Apps, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Willingness to travel within the Europe region.
