Job Title: Painting and Decorating Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Specialist to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for supporting the Painting and Decorating team in delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Painting and Decorating Team Leader in ensuring Health and Safety protocols are followed within the team and among contractors.
- Assist in raising orders for Painting and Decorating budget lines and communicate any overspends to the Facilities Manager.
- Issue, monitor, and close reactive jobs in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify and repair faults within deadlines.
- Provide support for CAPEX projects.

Requirements:

- Experience in painting and decorating with a focus on facilities maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
