Electrical Site Supervisor Opportunity

Blackfield Associates is currently supporting a large construction service provider in their search for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their pharmaceutical client's project based in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE practices, fostering a secure working environment.
  • Expertise in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards.
  • Review and approve method statements, permits, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and turnover documentation, ensuring project efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical and MEP works, verifying adherence to project standards and schedules.
  • Track and document project progress, addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
  • Lead system walkdowns, manage punch list closeouts, and witness commissioning activities, ensuring project completion.
  • Collaborate with contractors and project teams, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical principles.
  • Previous experience in electrical supervision on a pharmaceutical project, showcasing expertise in the field.
